What is the penalty for transfer of marijuana to a minor 15 years of age or older for no consideration?

Up to the age of 18, any transfer to a minor could be charged as distribution of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Both charges are considered felonies in Colorado. Both charges do not require consideration to be considered a crime.
