What circumstances or 'harm to petitioners privacy' are the courts most likely to agree with when petitioning to get records sealed?

I was turned down on xx/xx/xx for a job with x company. I was turned down on xx/xx/xx for a job with y company. (get specific).
Courts have, in the past, been swayed by showing these specific instances of "unarranted consequences." However, each case is different. These examples may or may not help in your case.
