Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
How can I get a petty theft charge expunged from my record. It happened when I was 18 years old I'm now 20 I have not been in any other trouble with the law since then its the only charge on my criminal record.

If you were an adult (18) and you were convicted in Colo., you are not yet eligible to "seal" a record on a conviction. If you were a juvenile, it is different. An adult deferred is another matter. There, you would be able to seal. Get the forms from the state court website or hire an attorney.
