Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I got a phone call today from a so called casting agency wanting me to give them 300 dollars to be able to get picked for an Extreme makeover.I did my research before anything they are located in Canada.The show Extreme Makeover was canceled in 2007 and I went to a website telling me so many different stories about how people lost money because of this casting agency.I want to sue them they got me excited and had my hopes up and almost took my money.What can i do?

Fortunately you didn't give them money. You can report them to the district attorney and they may be charged with a crime. You probably don't have a claim against them.
