phone records
my husband is fighting a case from 1998. How can we get phone records from that time? One phone call and the date will prove him not guilty.

Re: phone records
Was the phone a cell phone or hard-line phone? Who was the carrier (US West, Sprint, Verizon)? Find out if that carrier has pen-registers (hardline) or traffic summaries (cell) from ten years ago. Subpoena those records.
