18-7-206 Pimping - class 3 felony - non-mandatory, so probation is available, but the prison range is 4-12y with 5 years of parole. The max range can be increased to 24 with extraordinary aggravating circumstances.

18-7-203 Pandering - can be a class 5 felony (if threats or intimidation) or a class 3 misdemeanor. F5 is probation eligible, but the prison range is 1-3y with 2 y parole and can be up to 6 y if aggravated. M3 is up to 6 months in jail, or probation.

If this involves children (anyone under 18 yo), then all bets are off. You are looking at a life in prison.
