Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I plead no contest felony possession charges in 1982 Colorado . Never been in any trouble before or since, Adjudication was supposedly with held. probation 18 months even though I reported for over 3 years, civil right violation? I want my record expunged,sealed and rights back. anyone be able to help me here? Thanks.

You can seal a conviction in Colorado if ten years have passed since court supervision was ended. That assumes that you have had no further violations of law. If so, you should be good to seal. FYI, until recently, you could not seal a conviction in Colorado. The law changed, and you could benefit from the change, if you act before it changes back.
