Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I plead guilty by the advice of my...how should I say...Incompetent attorney and been trying to figure out what to do and how I might change my plea, I go in for sentencing in a day and im still not sure what to do. Can someone please tell me if I can temporarily represent myself and ask for a continuance or if I can file for misrepresentation? I need advice soon..
Thanks John

You can let rhe judge know you asking for time to look for a new attorney and you believe that your attorney did not effectively represent you. Ask for time to get a new attorney.
