Pled first offenders in Colorado
I pled guilty using first offenders to aggravated assault in early 1980's. How long until my civil rights are reinstated? Probabtion was tranferred to Ga.

All right, I'll bite: what are you calling "first offenders"? Answer that. Then, as to your civil rights: some are never taken away; some, for an instant; some, for an hour; some, forever. What are you calling "my civil rights"?
