Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Police knocking at the door
A few weeks ago I was at a party with my husband. There was drinking and I was involved in a pushing and verbal altercation with another individual. We went home. Today a card on my door from an investigator with a case #. Is this serious and what should I do?

Re: Police knocking at the door
Do nothing. Let the police make the next move, if they have one, and if they contact you say you've done nothing wrong and that on advice of counsel you have nothing to say.
