when must police legally identify people arrested
A drug task force in Colorado arrested four people, but would only release two names. Are they legally required to do so, unless they are underage?

There is a difference between arrest and charge. When charges are brought in open court, the 6th amendment attaches and the public has a right to know who the governmnt is acting against. Mere arrest does not trigger a right to know.
