Possesion and distribution of ecstasy.

What are the possible charges for distrubuting 20 pills of ecstasy? What are the charges for possesion of it (20 pills) as a minor and adult?

Ecstasy is a Schedule I controlled substance. Possession for use or sale is a class 3 felony.

It depends if it is state or federal court. Either way its a felony with possible prison time. If it is federal court, even if a first offense, you may go to prison. If it is state court and a first offense, probation is more likely. Good luck.

Serious charges of distribution which in Colorado is a class 3 felony. As an adult you face up to 32 years in prison with a presumptive maximum of 16 years. As a juvenile you face being placed out of the house. The case is serious because ectasy is considered a schedule I controlled substance. You would lose your drivers license for at leaset 90 days with any plea.
