possesion and paraphanalia
what penalties are possible for a 16 yr old charged w/ both of these (marijuana). Will i lose my license or go on prob. or just a fine. I am in CO

Conviction for possession would suspend the license for three months, if first conviction. Possession of paraphernalia would not.

poss - loss of license and fine - they may try to give you probation, but that is not allowed
