Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I got a possession for under an ounce of marijuana and a paraphernalia ticket, i got it deferred. Will this still show up on a background check?

Yes, it will show up. There is a way to get it dismissed and sealed (so it will not show up). This remedy is not easy, but I have gotten it done for others.
