Pr bonded and left to arizona

ok you have 1000 dollar pr bond you are suppose to check in with pretrial services and you dont instead you decidede to up and leave the state and go to arizona is there anything wrond with that even if you never check into pretrial services or told any one you were leaving the state

Yes, that is a violation of bond conditions (a new charge with mandatory jail) and your bond can be revoked. If the original charge is a felony, then it is a new felony with a minimum 1 year in prison. Not a good idea.

If you return and check in with pre-trial services, they might let it slide. I would not offer the information that I was out of state, since that is an admission. If it has been more than a couple weeks, then you will like lose the bond. If you miss a court date, you will definitely lose the bond.
