Pre- trial Services in Colorado
I have been charged with felony possesion in Jefferson County Colorado. I am now involved with this Pre- trial Services. I dont understand how they can make me comply with their Pre- trial conditions when I havent pled guilt or been found guilty in a court of law? What would be the consequences if I chose not to participate in the Pre- trial program ?

You have no choice but to follow the conditions of your bond. If you do not, you run the high liklihood of having your bond revoked and sitting in jail until the end of your case. Your only chance is to get the conditions of your bond changed, which requires a motion and the Judge issuing an order. Good luck.
