Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If i am being presented with a permanent restraining order for minor offence can i the defending parties social sites records be pulled by court order? My profile is private and i want to know if i should delete it or if im ok to keep it active?

Yes, your social networking site information can be retrieved via subpoena.

You should never keep information on a social site that could present a negative consequence. I do not believe that there is such a thing as a private social site.
