Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have prior felony charges. nonviolent crimes. And have recently broken an order of protection. Another nonviolent offence. Can you tell me how much time i am facing and if the three stike rulle will apply?

Assuming you got charged with misdemeanor VRO, habitual criminal does not apply.
However, it depends on which particular subsection of the statute you get charged with as to how much time you face.
