probation violation

i had a 360 day defered sentence and my lawyer got me 6 months house arrest and then 6 months work release. Is there anyway to get the six months work release changed to house arrest? i have a child being born soon and my girlfiend really needs me and my lawyer flaked out on me is there anything i can do. Thank You

You or your new flake-free attorney can file a Motion To Modify Sentence, and make your argument to the court.

Move to modify. In that motion, cover all the things that you've done to comply with any conditions of the deferred. In any case, do it BEFORE the deferred comes up for review and BEFORE any revocation action.
