I live in breckenridge at 9600 feet and im a very active person therfore staying very hydrated...I have not missed one of my tests and all other obligations of my probation have been met and i have nothing to hide from my P.O. I do not think i deserve to go to jail for this i work two jobs and have my own buisness, i am not a crimial i just made a couple mistakes a year ago from which i have since learned from...i have no reason to cheat now because i was so close to being done...on a side note since i went to court for my first probate violation i have not missed any tests or payments

Re: Probation Violation

You don't ask a question, buy I will guess it is about what you are facing at a probation revocation hearing. You don't say what the underlying charge was, but I will gues it has something to do with drugs. IF probation is revoked, you can be sentenced to ANYTHING you were originally liable to. That could mean years in prison or weeks in jail. Or, you could get away with just classes, more stringenct testing, a reader on your wrist (that is a new program), a chem patch. Those alternatives won't happen if you don't make it happen. Get counsel.
