If the Prosecution files Victim Impact Statements as part of the sentencing process, what does the Defense file to ask for mercy?

You can file statements of support from employer/family/church leader. However, it may be better to have these people speak directly to the Court at sentencing. Don't forget to review your PSIR before sentencing. You should already be represented. If not, get representation for your sentencing hearing.
