Question of Deferred Felony

i applied recently with Tmobile and have a deferred felony. I did all i needed to do and according to the cbi check i did, it says everything was done and it was diso deferred and dismissed as of 2/5/2005. I got called back by tmobile and they said that my deferrred sentence was still active and until it's completed I can't be hired. I'm not sure what to do. Should i run the cbi check to them to show it's dismissed? I really want this job but i'm not sure what to do.

Re: Question of Deferred Felony

Was it really dismissed? Sometimes, defendants do all the things required of them, the deferred period runs, and they think it is dismissed. Even if it should be dismissed, the court may not have done so when the deferred period ran. Move to dismiss. Get the cbi record to them. Better, get an Order to Dismiss from the file and get that to them.
