Question concerning Parole Violations

I'm writing in regards to a friend of mine who was arrested for a Parole Violation. 17.2.103. He has stated that his attempts to conctact his Parole Officer were to no avail and that his past Parole Officer led him to believe he was done completing his responsibilities. He has stated he has paperwork that he can't get a hold of that states this. I'm wondering what I can do to further research this, more so if there would be copies of such papers that I could access and what the process would be. I'd appreciate any help.

Can he show his past attempts to contact the p-o? Mail that was sent but is marked "refused" or "return to sender" would work. We can go after this alleged violation if he has documented evidence. If not, he needs to determine what the parole officer believes he has done/failed to do. Then we would come up with a resolution and get him out. If you are looking for a way to help, you should present the new p-o with this supposed "paperwork" that states he was "done." Good luck.
