Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I received a misdemeanor marijuana ticket, and plead guilty, I had no legel representation, after pleading I found out that the officer had no right to search my vehicle, can I withdraw my guilty plea and fight this ticket?

Yes. In 99.9% of cases, the judge will not allow you to withdraw the plea. But the judge in your case may allow it.
