I received a ticket for possesion of paraphenalia
What would most likely happen at court. I have never been in trouble and don't have a record

You'll like be offered a deferred sentence, which means that if you stay out of trouble for the next 9-12 months, and meet any other conditions of the deferred, at the end of that time your case will be dismissed, and you could then petition to seal the record.
