I was recently caught under the influence of alcohol and marijuana and the police said that i had to go to court for a misdemeaner and had to pay a small fine. What would the court give me?

Driving under the influence is a serious crime. You can go to jail especially if your BAC is in excess of 0.20 or it is your second or more conviction. The fines and costs are not small and can go as high as a $1,000 or more. You must be naive to believe the police. What you will get in Court depends on all of the facts in your case which a good experienced crimninal defense attorney can help you get the best possible results.
Hire a criminal defense attorney like us to help you. Also a drug offense can affect your ability to get admission into college or obtain a student loan to finanace your college. DUI or drug convictons can also affect your ability to get a good paying job.
