Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Hello, I was recently cited for a violation of 17-141 in Colorado, for walking on a public sidewalk with an open container. I have a court date in a month. My question is, will this be a violation of my unsupervised probation or will it just be a fine and nothing on my record? Thanks.

A conviction of even a municipal ordinance usually causes a violation of probationary terms.
