Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I recently got a ticket for driving on a revoked license in colorado from a dwai in 12/08... I am eligable for reinstatment as of 2/19 and didnt know i was... what can expect when i go to court?? i have sent in my paperwork to get it back should i push my court date back till i get it??

If you can get a reinstated license before court, do it. However, I don't think you can. A DUR/DUS will normally oush your re-instatment date back at least 12 mos.
