Reconsideration
I need information on how to file a reconsideration in criminal court. I also need to know what the quailfications are to even apply for one on a felony 5 criminal tresspassing conviction.

Sentence reconsideration is covered by Rule 35(b) of the Rules of Criminal Proceedure. You have 120 days from sentencing to file the motion.
