Record Expongement
Is it possiable to have my record exponged from a battery charge I pled guilty to in 1989 during my divorce in the state of Colorado?

Likely no.
If you pled guilty and recieved a deferred sentence (the case is dismissed after you complete conditions), then you can. If this is a conviction, it will stay on your record forever - unless the legislature changes the law again.
