Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
record being sealed for shoplifting more than one incident
I had a stroke and have some cognitive issues I have been accused of shoplifting 3 occasions three times in Denver and 1 time in another state Can I get my record sealed and how. I have just returned and ok from my Doctor to return to work

Under Colorado law, the record of these incidents may be sealed if you were acquitted at trial or the charges were dismissed.
