Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Records Clearing

I have 4-6 records that I found in the Colorado Courts Files [CoCourts.com]. They are all 'Not Guilty' or 'Vacated' findings. How do I get them removed from my record so it shows cleaner for job search.

I also lost a girlfriend over this because she only saw the topics and not the details page and now refuses to talk to me thinking I am a convict.

Re: Records Clearing

The cases sound like they all ended as acquittals or were dismissed. That's good news and those records can be sealed. A motion to seal would do it. I can follow up on this. www.lawyerdan.com

It is relatively easy to file to seal your records. There is usually a pamphlet at the local court house that explains it. If you want representation, I usually charge $500 to do this. 720-406-6969
