I am 15 years old and I may be pregnant by a 24-year old. Can he do time for in-pregnating me even though I am possibly pregnant? And what can my parents do about it if they don't like it? Is this situation sexual harrasment or statutory rape?

This is statutory rape. 18-3-402(1)(d) if victim is 15 or older and actor is at least 4 years older than victim and not his/her spouse. It does not matter that you consented etc.

If you were 14 yo when sex took place, then it is sexual assault on a child 18-3-405. This charge includes any touching, above or below the clothes, on him or on you, of private parts. Consent does not matter.
