Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If I were to represent myself in criminal court and wanted to ask the judge to schedule a date to review the evidence against me; What is the proper terms for that???

Trial (for the court to view evidence that the prosecution has generated and evidence that you have generated)
Discovery (for you to view evidence the prosecution has generated)
You can also view defense evidence (any evidence you generate) at anytime. The prosecution can view any discoverable evidence that you generate subsequent to their request.
The review of discovery should not occur in court.
