How can I request/file a reconsideration of sentence letter to dismiss probation ?

Motion for Reconsideration must be filed 120 days from entry of judgment (usually sentencing). Instead, move for early termination of probation. You can send a letter to the judge. This sometimes works. Or get a lawyer who has done this before.
