Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have researched the law here in my state and city and county and it states that the legal age of consent is 17. I know there is no violation of state/city/county law however my question pertain to the ucmj side. Yes we are in the same platoon but different jobs and I am not get supervisor. She is 17 I am 27. We have not done anything but like each other and have discussed it. What are the ramifications if any that the ucmj could throw at us?

I would take a close look at the birth dates, in Colorado, if one party is under 18, but older than 15, then the other party cannot be 10 years or more older. You could contact Oliver Johnson regarding the UCMJ. 719-328-1616
