How long do you have to resend a plea

Re: resend a plea
You usually cannot withdraw a guilty once you give it in open court. The rules of crim. pro. allow a motion to w/d a guilty plea after the plea but before the sentencing. You can rescind a "not guilty" plea at virtually anytime.
