Resentenced
After I hire a new attorney afer I have been sentenced, is there a possibility of being resentenced or possible changes in plea agreement?

Re: Resentenced
Convictions and sentences may be appealed, but if the sentence is part of your plea agreement, it is unlikely to be changed, unless you can prove your acceptance of the plea was not knowing and voluntary, or prove ineffective assistance of counsel. Not easy to do. Buyer's remorse won't cut it. Down the line you can file a motion to modify your sentence.
