can i still file this motion after i have been sentenced?

To what are you referring when you say "this motion"?
A motion to dispute the restitution pay out order cannot be brought until there is a restitution amount. Since the DA usually doesn't have this number until after sentencing, you cannot be expected to object to this number prematurely. So, file the motion shortly after the restitution amount is determined by the court.
