Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Revocation of felony probation

I recieved 4 years of felony probation in Colorado and successfully completed 2 of the 4. In the 3rd year, i picked up 4 trafic violations and a misderminor that was thrown out of court. I didn't report any of the incidences to my probation officer and now there has been a motion to revocate my probation. I was convicted of a class 4 felony which i think carries 1-16 years. My question is, what proceedures will take place in court.

Re: Revocation of felony probation

The effort to revoke will focus on your past offenses while on probation. Traffic infractions will usually not be enough to revoke you. The misdemeanor could, but if it has been dismissed, you are ok. What do you mean by "thrown out of court"? -Dan [email protected]
