Scared into admiting Im guilty by Public Defender

I'am 39 years old and I was scared into pleaing guilty for something I didn't do.My 21 year old son stole a $55.00 dollar pair of shoes and when we walked out of the store the security guard grabbed me and took me in the security room and called the police said I was shop lifting.Even though my son was caught with the shoes conceld outside the store I was arrested for conspirity they said I told him to do it.I was given a ticket and had to go to court of course I said not guilty and took it to trial, but on trial day I had no one there with me.My public defender didn't supenoia none of my wittness she said they didn't matter because they were in a diffrent area of the store at the time my son put the shoes in his bag,and she said they don't get wittness from jail at the time my son was doing his sentance for the theft. The store came with 2 videos and 6 wittness the videos never showed me tell my son to steal the shoes, but because I picked them out early with my daughter for my husband and put them under the basket because there was no room in the basket I must of been conspireing to steal them. The Public Defender took me aside and told me it don't look good I should plea and do the 20 days in jail instead of the max 325

You're still going to have to ask a question. Guessing that it may be a post-conviction motion, you will need to answer a series of questions. Yes, you can motion the plea be withdrawn because of the p.d. Did you view all the evidence the DA had before you pleaded guilty? Yes, I do mostly appeals and post-conviction/probation/parole cases.
