Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I'd like to seal my criminal record; my case involved 2 charges. The felony charge was dismissed, I was found guilty on the misdemeanor, and completed the probation that was ordered. Can I file the petition to seal, or am I out of luck? Thanks!

Since there was a conviction, you cannot seal the record.
