Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
On a search warrant of my house, how long does it take the police to give a list of electronic items seized? It has been 5 months since the search.

They turned in a report to the court within days of the seizure.
As far as giving you a copy, and presuming no charges are filed as of yet, at this point in time the simplest thing is to go to the courthouse and request a copy of it. If charges were filed, then get it from the DA's office.
