Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
search warrant
My mom was arrested and I went and picked up some of her property from the super 8 hotel, while they were still investigating the incident (not knowingly). The police called me and had me drive back to super 8 hotel. When they got the search warrant it was for the super 8 hotel not my car, plus the Judged sighed the date three months off from the date it actually occurred. What are the chances of the warrant getting suppressed.
