Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I would like to get a sentence reduction. what is the procedure? Do I need an attorney for that and how much will it cost?

If the timeline is correct and the conditions are right, you can get a reduction by writing a letter to the judge. You only get to ask once, so you may want to do it right the first time. It costs from $1200 to $12,000. It depends on the case.
