Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I was sentenced to two years at actc, which is community corrections. My deal was that if I was to be regressed from here I have a year suspended at arapahoe county. I already signed the deal, ive served 7 months at actc already, I am trying to self regress, and they will not allow me, saying I am going to prison, and the yeat suspended dosent exsist, also I get no time for the time I served at actc........ so, ive already contacted my attorney, she said the judge and da are on board with me just serving the remained of my year in arapahoe county colorado, which woild be eta 50 days. But the halfway house is threatening me stating, they are sending me to prison, and not allowing me to regress..... help please!'!!!!! I just want to move on with my life!!! My father is sick and lives states away from me, please answer
