Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I was sentenced to two years of probation in late march 2012 in clear creek county. It was a domestic situation, so therefore i was not allowed to return to my house even though i was the name on the lease and the rent payer. Either way, none of that matters but because of that, i found myself and my cat homeless. I moved to Denver as being homeless in the mountains is quite a bit tougher. I wasn't contacted about having to meet my p.o. for over a month and a half and at the time my car was broken and i was unable to make it to clear creek for over a month. At that point, i was scared that i would get thrown in on a hold at the very least (from personal experience in wisconsin) and since I had a cat that i wasn't going to let go to the pound and a car that i couldn't afford to get put in impound, i just tried to continue to get by day by day in Denver. Eventually, I pulled together enough money to move back home to Wisconsin. Now, it has been a year and 8 months and i am aware i have a warrant in CO but no plans to go back at any point. As I obviously don't want this hanging over my head forever; whether i want to travel through there or never even go, i just don't want the situation unfinished. Keeping in mind that I have no way to get there to take care of it in person; is there some way I can resolve my situation from wisconsin, either through some sort of financial restitution or other means so that I can be done with this? Insight of any type would be a great help. Thank you very much

As a practical matter, you will have to come back to resolve this. Also as a practical matter, with the amount of time that has passed, the odds are good that "resolve" will involve jail.
That being said, the only other real option you have is to hire a Colorado attorney and see if they can get the warrant quashed.
At any event, call a Colorado attorney to discuss your options.
