Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I was sentenced to a 2yr prison sentenced dod 1 yr 7mnths incarcerated and have done 1 yr 3 months on parole on a 3 yr parole tail . Is that legal?

Yes, assuming you pled to something that carries a 3 year parole tail.
Your total sentence is 5 years; the parole is additional.
