Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Sentencing
when being sentenced and there is a say 5 yr. cap on the sentence is probationor parole included in that 5 yrs, or is it in addition to the 5 yrs? I would appreciate any help in understanding this that I can get. Thank you

If you are looking at that much time, you should have a lawyer. Get counsel immediately. Then have them explain the 5 year probation/parole thing.
