can you be charged with sex asult for something that supoesaly happened when you were 10 now you are 20? they have no evidence its all she said.

If you mean the alleged victim was 10, and now she is 20, there is no statute of limitations proscribing prosecution of a sex crime against a child.

If you mean you were 10 when you allegedly assaulted another child, I don't think you can be charged now, as an adult. It's possible you may be charged as a juvenile. I imagine that would be an extraordinarily difficult prosecution.
